Arthur Zucker '55, Antioch U. BOT Chairman, stated on July 23, 07 that the decision to close down Antioch College will not be reversed. This statement appeared in the very last paragraph of a message me made public July 23, 07.

Here is a July 23, 07 public communication sent to a McGregor School (Antioch U. Biz School in Ohio) communications forum.

The important and best way to keep Antioch College open in spite of the Antioch U. Board Of Trustees annoucement it will be closed next July 2008 is to take the Antioch U. BOT people and its main employees to court, and end their power.

This can be done by providing truly incriminating evidence they aren't fit to oversee Antioch, and their decision to close Antioch College down was illegal and wrongly motivated.

What is needed for court action is proof of wrong doing....and, I'm glad to announce, here it is!.........

Antioch U. Board Of Trustees Continue Strategy To Subvert And Drain Energy At Antioch Alumni Meetings Meant To Oppose Closedown

The Antioch University Board Of Trustees headed by Chairperson Art Zucker '55, North Carolina Millionaire, desire that the current opposition mounted all over the USA and outside it working to reverse the closedown decision the Antioch U. BOT made re: Antioch College come to nothing, and the BOT has strategies to support their desire.

So far, the strategy is working.

Antioch Alumni meetings to oppose the shutdown of Antioch College in July 2008 and allow the school to remain open without interuption are being visited and dominated by Antioch University Board Of Trustee speakers.

Was the Antioch U. BOT too old and frail to "cut the mustard," and did Antioch U. CEO Toni Murdock take advantage of that?

Here's another way to explain what's happened, why the current crisis occurred:

There is no doubt the tail is wagging the dog in this movie.

"Antioch University" without Antioch College is comprised of 5 night schools which offer vocational ed, almost completely.

Like going to DeVry or Strayer Universities or the University of Phoenix, but getting a diploma with the name "Antioch" on it.

Antioch U. BOT Chairman a crook!

The following is the text of an email message I sent to AntiRecord.com creator and moderator Yazz Atlas, Antioch '97, which discusses the current Antioch College close down crisis. I thought some of the points I made need to be made public, and so share it with persons viewing this website.

Thank you,
