Anonymous User write "hi birchkids and all. we've had many fine nights together huddling in the cold, waiting for the alarms in birch to go off (pun intended) so we can all go back to sleep (or back to whatever). Last night, however was an especially interesting alarm experience. Someone burned a flag in willet, and hilarity ensued, with fantastic results. There were students videotaping the whole event, as suspects were roughly escorted to cop cars and cuffed without any consideration, it seemed, of the rights we all know we have from watching real stories of the highway patrol on tv. The premises in question became a fire investigation, but looked a hell of whole lot like a crime scene. students who remained awake to make sure the investigation was witnessed by non-official citizens are saying that the room looked like it may have been searched during the "investigation". Anyway, someone has been charged, and it looks like it might be labeled as arson in the courts. If you live in birch especially, keep your eyes open for any suspicious un-antiochian activities, as I'm sure there will be other eyes looking for some un-american ones."
