"Exactly who proposed this cut in expenditures is unclear. It could have been the BOT themselves, or a splinter group within the hallowed college walls secretly organized in such a fashion as to root out entrenched cabalists from the '70s and '80s who have grown fat off the commodification of this revolutionary evolutionary institution of higher learning.
Not all administrators are plutocrats, but assuredly, all BOT members are. But what's a little wealth and influence in the hands of a few good counter-revolutionaries who want a smaller admininstration?
The entrenched boomer-hippy-yuppies who run this school must go.
Or at least cut back on their work hours.
Could this be the next proposal on the table? If so, it would be a creative, and generous way for certain "leaders" on campus to save face and help the institution they profess to love conserve cash.
As Glenn Watts said last week, the non-union faculty and staff at the college and university are about 500 people too many. WATTS THE PROBLEM, read signs on the walls, but but maybe the signs should read: WATTS THE SOLUTION.
Who knows the truth?"
